What you can get for profit with our high speed looms? The max speed of our water/air jet loom reaches 1100-1200 rpm, but it may vary according to yarn quality and fabric type. However, the normal running speed of our current customers are 600-800 rpm.

Suppose the running speed is on average 700 rpm, then what will you get from this speed? Please follow me:

Loom speed=700 rpm that is 700 picks per minute, then each day you will get 700*60*24=1008000 picks

then suppose the weft density of your fabric is 20/cm

then you will get 1008000/20=1260000px fabrics

Suppose production efficiency is 90%

Then normally you can get 504m*90%=453.6m

That is with only one set of high speed water/air jet loom working one day, you will get high quality fabrics of 453.6 meters!
